Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism

- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards and luxury service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems preferred)
- Valid California driver's license (for valet roles)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
