Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all hotel guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries regarding amenities, local attractions, and transportation

- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service delivery
