Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including managing reservations and processing payments accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are pristine and ready for arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations during assigned shifts, including managing lobby traffic and answering inquiries.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a calm, efficient, and empathetic manner.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
