Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the lobby, reception area, and common spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing guest requests.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation to guests.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong computer skills are a plus, but training is provided for all necessary software.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- No prior hotel experience is required; we are looking for a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
