Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-ins/check-outs and concierge support
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Process payments and manage cash drawer transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
