Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests through check-in/check-out processes and inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized lobby areas, public spaces, and guest facilities
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including reservations and phone communications
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
- Support hotel operations during peak hours and special events
