Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist in housekeeping tasks, including making beds and restocking amenities when necessary.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; a passion for hospitality is a must.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs and POS systems.
