Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage areas
- Maintain immaculate room standards and public spaces exceeding brand expectations
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Support daily inventory and supply management duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required for role)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
