Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming smile and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of public areas, lobbies, and restrooms to maintain our high standards.
- Assist in the delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms and meeting spaces efficiently.
- Handle luggage for arriving and departing guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and hotel policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; however, we welcome enthusiastic applicants without a diploma.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
