As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be the first point of contact for our international clientele, ensuring seamless check-in/out processes and anticipating guest needs. This role offers rapid career advancement within our growing portfolio of boutique hotels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (evenings, nights, weekends)
- Process check-in/out procedures efficiently with attention to detail
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and handover reports
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend/night shifts
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (training provided)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (if valet duties required)
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
