Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all registration data.
- Answer incoming calls and manage email inquiries regarding reservations and local area information.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and common areas to uphold our brand image.
- Assist in processing payments and handling cash transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
