Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with local recommendations, reservations, and transportation arrangements
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate VIP services and special requests including restaurant bookings and event tickets
- Maintain accurate logs of guest interactions and service requests
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Stay updated on Kansas City events, attractions, and seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with reservation systems and basic office software
- Knowledge of Kansas City attractions and services is a plus
