Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions
- Manage guest requests, reservations, and transportation arrangements
- Uphold brand standards through consistent guest interactions
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback
- Resolve guest inquiries with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Strong knowledge of NYC attractions and transportation
- Fluent in English; additional languages a significant advantage
- Valid NYC work authorization required
