- Manage reservations and billing for premium services
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless operations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events and cultural offerings
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera a plus)
- Valid NYC work permit and right to work in the US
