Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with local recommendations, reservations, and transportation arrangements
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest account records
- Uphold brand standards through personalized service attention
- Assist with event planning and group coordination as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or high-end customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Knowledge of Bay Area attractions and transportation systems
- Spanish language skills highly desirable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
