Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with reservations, recommendations, and local attractions
- Manage VIP guest requests and coordinate with housekeeping/FOB departments
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using PMS systems
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Collaborate with event teams for seamless group experiences
- Maintain detailed knowledge of San Francisco's dining/entertainment scene
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Foreign language skills (Spanish/Chinese/Mandarin a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
