Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with local recommendations, dining reservations, and transportation arrangements
- Manage VIP guest requests including special occasion planning and personalized experiences
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest services
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with proactive problem-solving solutions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chicago attractions, events, and seasonal highlights
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest requests
- Support hotel operations during peak periods including check-in assistance and luggage handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury customer service experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, Opera Cloud preferred)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
