Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized recommendations for dining, attractions, and entertainment
- Manage reservations and coordinate transportation (rideshares, taxis, tours)
- Handle guest inquiries with prompt, professional solutions 24/7
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Cleveland's events, venues, and cultural offerings
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio) preferred
- Local Cleveland knowledge or willingness to learn city intimately
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
- Must be available to work 15-25 hours weekly
