Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and VIP experiences
- Manage guest inquiries with prompt, solutions-oriented communication
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless service
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Tampa events and seasonal offerings
- Process guest requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or concierge experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional errands
- Proficiency in hotel management systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Local Tampa Bay knowledge strongly preferred
