Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel property management system.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately; assist guests with local recommendations and concierge services.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and balance daily reports at the end of each shift.
- Front of House: Maintain the cleanliness, order, and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests immediately to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but training is provided for enthusiastic candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with diverse guests professionally.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
