Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS) and ensure all necessary registration information is collected.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a warm, professional demeanor and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest requests, ranging from restaurant reservations to local transportation, with grace and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with concierge services and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area and lobby environment.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling and credit card transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems or hotel software.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are a plus.
