Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist with concierge requests, including local transportation, restaurant reservations, and tour bookings.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure safety and security for guests and staff.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
