Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel PMS software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails to handle inquiries and make reservations.
- Provide detailed information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Process payments and handle guest requests or complaints with patience and empathy.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
