- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Process payments and handle small cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly.
- Uphold the hotel's high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
