Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Welcome guests with a warm smile, check them in/out efficiently, and answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Front Desk Operations: Process payments accurately, manage reservations, and maintain the reception area in pristine condition.
- Housekeeping Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of public areas, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Event Coordination: Support event setups and breakdowns for conferences or private functions held at the hotel.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with hotel management software is a plus.
