Location: Kansas City, MO
Responsibilities
- Greet and check guests in and out with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally, answering inquiries and making reservations.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and concierge services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude are a must.
