Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and speed.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining lobby cleanliness.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in shift work environments is highly desirable.
