Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service during assigned shifts (evening/overnight)
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel software
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Safeguard hotel assets and maintain security protocols during off-peak hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Prepare shift reports and maintain detailed guest records
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
