Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests during assigned shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest inquiries
- Perform routine room inspections and ensure public areas are immaculate
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments accurately
- Monitor security protocols and respond to emergency situations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Maintain detailed logs and report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
