Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor property security, including key control and surveillance systems, to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve maintenance issues and ensure room readiness.
- Process payments accurately and prepare daily financial reports.
- Assist in training new staff members and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
