Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and billing.
- Handle front desk operations, including answering phones, managing reservations, and processing payments.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and common areas.
- Monitor security cameras and door access systems to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests and maintain high standards of service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management software.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
