Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive front desk operations and check-in/check-out procedures
- Maintain pristine room standards by performing thorough cleaning and restocking duties
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) and handle cash transactions accurately
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Safeguard hotel security by monitoring access points and following safety protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
