Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during assigned shifts
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Maintain clean and well-presented guest rooms and common areas
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with team members for seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with event setup and guest requests as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
