Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using resort management systems
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas exceeding brand expectations
- Assist with event setup, guest inquiries, and special requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all safety protocols and health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and reservation system knowledge
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license if driving resort vehicles
- Ability to obtain any required state/certifications
