Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations
- Coordinate housekeeping maintenance requests and VIP guest arrangements
- Maintain accurate financial records and process payments securely
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving shuttle services)
