- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and manage room inventory
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with departments for seamless operations

- Process payments and manage billing systems accurately
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest requests
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license if driving guest vehicles
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
