Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping positions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and professionalism
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas to brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest services as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
