Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Manage room assignments and reservations efficiently using our property management system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards in all public areas and guest spaces
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in using hospitality software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid California driver's license (if valet duties required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
