Responsibilities

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and efficiency.
- Manage inventory of supplies and report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
