- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Answer inquiries regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services with a smile.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with check-in, check-out processes, and baggage handling as needed.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Communication: Relay guest requests to appropriate departments (housekeeping, maintenance, management) promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Demeanor: A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
