Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with front desk operations including reservations, phone inquiries, and payment processing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and event support
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards consistently
- Support cross-functional departments as needed during peak periods
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
