Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and dusting surfaces
- Deep-clean and maintain public spaces such as lobbies, restrooms, and conference areas
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and hotel brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure efficient room turnover
- Provide exceptional service while maintaining discretion in guest areas
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
