Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Maintain and replenish amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Organize storage closets and linen rooms efficiently to maximize workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and environmental sanitation guidelines.
- Interact professionally with guests and fellow staff members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
