Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas during the night shift.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management immediately.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are stocked and folded to company standards.
- Address and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department promptly.
- Train and mentor night shift housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
