Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line telephones and routing calls efficiently.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and registration information using property management software.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and post expenses accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Enforce safety and security protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
