Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas using industry-standard cleaning protocols
- Operate commercial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to safety standards including bloodborne pathogen and chemical handling procedures
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Complete detailed room checklists and quality assurance reports
- Collaborate with team members during peak occupancy periods
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts with frequent bending
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail with time management skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends (no Sundays)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and guest interaction
