Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Change linens and restock amenities to brand standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Complete detailed cleaning checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for morning/evening/weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
