Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards of luxury.
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in the dining room or lobby lounge during breakfast and evening services, ensuring high-quality food presentation and service.
- Manage reservations and update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Adhere to all safety, security, and health regulations set by the hotel and local authorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
- A valid Illinois driver's license is required for on-call shifts.
