Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas using industry-standard protocols
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet luxury hotel quality standards
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Manage room turnover efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines during all cleaning procedures
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping supervisors for seamless operations
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
