Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to our premium standards.
- Bed Making: Strip beds and replace linens with fresh, crisp sheets, pillows, and duvets to ensure a luxurious guest experience.
- Restocking: Ensure guest supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) are replenished and that amenities are readily available.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the engineering department.
- Laundry Care: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and towels efficiently to maintain inventory levels.
- Guest Satisfaction: Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests or fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
